| REMOTE CONTROLLED SIDE-SLIDE TUB COVER / BACK-STOP OPTIONS |
| For confined applications where thrown object restraint is required, customers can request a remote controlled, adjustable tub cover. Covers are available for most HogZilla tub grinders. CW went to great lengths to design a complete tub cover and back-stop option that is both effective and user friendly. The HogZilla Side-Slide thrown object restaint systems provide the largest and most adjustable shield known in the industry. HogZilla Side-Slide systems can adjust from a high and wide, back stop position to full or partial tub cover positions for clean out. Our systems provide flexible containment while almost eliminating the production limiting restrictions experienced with other brands. | Adjustable Swing Hammer Mill |
| The patented “Adjustable Swing Hammer Mill” is one of CW Mill Equipment’s many advancements in grinding equipment. This assembly enables machine operator’s to make complete and accurate feed rate adjustments without giving up strength and rigidity. Machines with the adjustable mill assembly are a step above machines that have a permanently set depth of cut. Good grinding production can be achieved with single swing grinders, but they rely on tub speed alone for all of the machine’s critical feed rate changes. Changeable settings in mill depth of cut can improve and refine a machine’s effectiveness. It gives owners and operators choices that they never had before, allowing them to determine the aggressiveness of the mill. It also allows variability in the way that the ground material flows through the mill box, and operators can now have a more complete way of addressing the variances from job to job and contract to contract. This capability rewards machine owners with more productivity and greater resale value if the machine is ever sold. |
